Background

Payment Systems Group is a leading technology provider of payment systems and software. PSG provides payment solutions for over 100 companies, enabling them to process credit cards, transfer funds electronically, via check, or offer bill payment solutions to their customers.

Payment Systems Group, Inc. is a privately held Missouri Corporation in good standing located in Saint Charles, Missouri, a suburb of Saint Louis, Missouri.  PSG was founded in 2000 as the leader in equity acceleration software and services by Grant M. Szalay and James E. McKee III.  Both Mr. Szalay and Mr. McKee have have founded previous technology-related businesses and have years of experience in e-commerce applications, web development, and business application software development. 

The goal of Biweekly Management was to provide a 100% paperless equity acceleration program. Over the years, numerous custom payment applications were developed to reach this goal. The PSG Management Team began offering these solutions to other companies and, in 2006, decided to change the company's name to Payment Systems Group.
